Angus has a security interest in the rejected, nonconforming goods for any payment he made on their price and for any expenses he reasonably incurred in inspecting, receiving, transporting, caring for, and keeping the goods. Angus may hold the goods and resell them. If he resells the goods, Angus is accountable to the seller for any amount of the net proceeds of the resale that exceeds the amount of his security interest.
