Maslow admitted that we have needs that are hereditary,however,these needs are overwritten by learning,social expectations,and fear of disapproval.

Hereditary Needs

Basic or fundamental needs passed down from ancestors, influencing behavior and survival mechanisms.

Social Expectations

The anticipated or prescribed behaviors that society deems appropriate or normal for its members.
