Sexual harassment is any conduct that makes the workplace environment so hostile or abusive to a reasonable person that the victim finds it harder to perform her job.

Sexual harassment can take different forms including unwanted touching, sexual comments, texts or emails, and sexual advances. However, the crucial aspect is that it creates an environment that is not conducive to work and productivity. If an employee finds it harder to perform their job because of the hostile or abusive environment created by sexual harassment, then it is considered an act of sexual harassment.
