The major problem with getting organizational change to take place is nearly always the same: technology barrier.

While technology can certainly be a barrier to organizational change in some situations, it is not the only or even the most common barrier. Other barriers can include resistance to change from employees, lack of buy-in from leadership, inadequate communication and training, and competing priorities and resource constraints.
