How can the involvement of employees in organizational decisions that affect them help a firm?

Not every decision should involve every employee;however, including employees in decisions that affect them have multiple benefits.First, because they deal with day-to-day issues and problems, employees are often the best source of ideas and ways to solve organizational problems.Second, because they have been asked (and especially if their inputs are taken into consideration),employees are more committed to the solution and the changes needed to implement it.Finally, the process of involving employees encourages them to stay involved in the search for improvement, even when they are not asked directly.
